Why did we start Flame2Remember? We founded it not only because of our high regard of our ancestry and our desire to memorialize those who had passed, but also because of the significance of remembering their personal experiences and applying them in a constructive way to our lives. We wanted others to be able to enjoy the same benefit. We believe F2R products allow customers to foster a stronger connection to their predecessors and focus on the experiences that they had once shared. No matter where we are from, we can learn from our forebears and gain a deeper understanding of the historical experiences they lived to benefit us in the modern day. We can learn from their positive experiences as well as their negative ones- including the mistakes that they have made. When one lights the F2R candle and visualizes the deceased through the photograph, it is hoped that one experiences favorable emotions and that it engenders a discussion with friends and family about personal experiences, ancestral roots, and - perhaps - cultural teachings. The ultimate goal of F2R is to highlight personal memories and create a pathway to rediscover the invaluable lessons that recalling one's forebears can offer.
